These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, purchases and participation in activities at Hart van Eindhoven, part of City Gaming B.V., located at Ploegstraat 3, Eindhoven.
1. Bookings
- Bookings can be made online via www.hartvaneindhoven.nl, by email or by phone.
- A booking is final once you have received the confirmation by email.
- By making a booking, you declare that you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations and changes
- Single bookings (such as bowling or karaoke) can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- Packages including food or drinks can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours in advance.
- In case of later cancellation or a no-show, the full amount may be charged.
3. Payment
- Payment can be made via iDEAL in the online booking system or on site in cash or by debit card.
- Any refunds are made in the same way as the original payment.
4. Participation and own risk
- Participation in all activities at Hart van Eindhoven is at your own risk.
- Every visitor is responsible for behaving carefully and safely.
- With existing or recent physical complaints, participation is discouraged or only permitted at your own responsibility.
- Hart van Eindhoven is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising during participation in activities, unless there is gross negligence.
5. Code of conduct and house rules
- Visitors must always follow the instructions of staff.
- Misconduct, vandalism or excessive alcohol consumption may result in removal from the premises without refund.
- Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.
6. Photos and promotion
- Photos or videos may be taken at Hart van Eindhoven for promotional purposes.
- By entering the premises or rooms, you consent to the possible use of your likeness in such publications.
- In the gym, prolonged phone use and/or taking photos/videos is not permitted.

7. Liability
- Hart van Eindhoven is not liable for damage to personal belongings.
- No liability is accepted for the cloakroom, unless stated otherwise.
8. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as technical failures, power outages, illness, or circumstances beyond our control), Hart van Eindhoven reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings without liability for damages.
9. Applicable law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant.
